Guests install 24 BLVD from the web, with no App Store.
Apple's review won't land before the event. Guests scan the door QR and an install sheet shows them the three taps. If they can't find a button, it points to it. The app then opens full screen from their home screen, just like a native app.

Tap Share
Safari's Share button. On iOS 26 it sits behind ••• at the bottom right. The sheet detects the version and tells them.
Add to Home Screen
Scroll the share list a little. The mini film in the sheet shows exactly where the row is.

Top right of the confirm screen. The 24 BLVD icon lands on the home screen and opens full screen.
How the sheet helps

Scan to get the 24 BLVD app
It points to 24blvd.activahq.com/?install=1. The install=1 flag opens the sheet straight away, even for guests who dismissed it before.
Print it at least 6 cm wide for the door, the tables and the wristband desk. Right-click the code and save it, or print this page; the video is hidden when printed.
No App Store neededBefore the night
- Web release: the home perf work, the header removal, the night-lights hero (49691fc) and this sheet (c60d72d) ship together with one
tenant_app_release.sh 24blvdrun, on your go. - The App Store build is untouched. When Apple approves it, guests can keep the web app or switch. Nothing here affects the review.
- Sign-in: OTP-only is on its own branch and waits for your go, together with the email templates.
